Taizhou Elite Drill Pipe Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, located in Taizhou which is in the middle of Jiangsu Province, and enjoys good location and convenient transportation. Our company has set up a quality management system according to API SPEC Q1:2003 and ISO9001:2000 and obtained the certificates of API Q, API Spec 7, API 5D, ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS 29001. We will make continuous improvement to keep the management system tending perfect and sustained.Elite is a professional manufacturer, which integrates researching, manufacturing and selling as one. The product specifications are from 2 3/8" to 5 1/2" and steel grade is from E75 to S135. We can provide both high quality API standard products and non-standard drill pipes according to special customers' requirements. By now, depending on our strong technical force, we have developed new products with independent intellectual property rights (anti-sulfur double shoulder drill pipes). Besides API standard products, we have ability to produce ARP and IRP standard drill pipes according to customers' requirement such as drill pipes with SS75, SS95, and SS105 steel grade or with special joint type.Our first-stage construction covers over 13,000m2 with more than 9000m2 building area. Our company engages in manufacturing petroleum drill pipes. With strong technical strength, advanced production technology and improved testing facilities, we have more than 50 sets of production equipment such as friction welding machines, pressure straightening machines, crack detection equipment, induction heat treatment equipment, conventional lathes, numerical control lathes and saw benches. As the rapid development of market, our company invested 15 million Yuan in the construction of the second phase project in May 2008, to build one drill pipe upset heat treatment production line and one drill pipe production line (MTI friction welders, 400T, 6 5/8" drill pipes and HWDP are available). The second phase project was put into production at the end of 2009. Now, our factory can output 50 thousand tons of heat treated pipes and 100 thousand tons of drill pipes annually. Our productivity can reach 51 thousand tons of drill pipes and we can offer more high quality drill pipes to the market.
